Dental implants are an essential part of current dental therapeutic procedures. Multiple therapeutic options are available for compromised teeth in routine practice. How should we to define the optimal approach that will ensure both long-term aesthetics and function? Both systemic and local factors are essential for the establishment of a precise diagnosis and residual teeth prognosis with possible therapeutic options.
