The All-on-4® approach
The All-on-4® approach restores both the maxilla and the mandible by fixed restorations with relatively simple but well codified means. In a large number of cases, it avoids our patients needing bone grafts and reduces post-operative follow-ups, treatment cost as well as treatment duration.
Avoiding the removable prosthesis phase in the case of a terminal dentition is our commitment for a majority of our patients. Giving them an optimised and immediate function and aesthetics are key to this type of treatment.
Immediate Aesthetics and Loading
As part of an implant prosthetics treatment, various approaches now avoid the use of a removable temporary prosthesis.
This practical and educational course brings different techniques to light, such as fast loading, extraction implantation and immediate loading in the aesthetic area, flapless surgery which can be computer guided or not, and immediate loading.
Bone grafting in Implantology
Various techniques of pre or peri-implant bone augmentation
allow the reconstruction of defects in a predictable results.
This clinical course offers the opportunity to discover all these therapeutic
options through a practical and educational approach.
Soft Tissue Management
Modifying a gingival biotype, increasing or creating keratinized gingiva, aligning dental and implant collets, preventing post-extraction mucosal defect, preparing the mucosal area prior to bone augmentation grafts or widening the vestibule are all indicated in gingival tissue management. Carried out before, during and after implant treatment, this technique aims to attain a functional and aesthetic optimization of the results.
